"We are pleased with the progress we have made in enhancing portfolio quality and distinguishing ourselves among oth- er developers," says Joseph F. Coradi- no, CEO of PREIT. "A key element in our transformation plan has been our focus on delivering new-to-market and frst-to-port- folio tenants that help drive retailer interest and improve the consumer experience." The mission to build a stronger PREIT doesn't end with leasing, though, says Coradino. In 2014, DreamWorks Ani- mation chose Cherry Hill Mall to be one of eight exclusive locations in the United States to feature their "Adventure to Santa — A DreamWorks DreamPlace" experi- ence during the holiday season. The inter- active Santa adventure was the only one of its kind in the Philadelphia region — and, according to Coradino, exactly the type of experience he wants to bring to his malls. "Adventure to Santa is a perfect example of our efforts to incorporate social and compelling experiences into the mall environment," he says. "We look forward to bringing it back in 2015 and again making Cherry Hill Mall a must-visit desti- nation throughout the holiday season." With its combination of incredible fashion offerings, unforgettable experiences and high-end dining options, Cherry Hill Mall — and PREIT — seems to have to right formula for success.
