Investors who once concentrated on their home mar- kets can now access timely information to help them make acquisitions across the country, thanks to data collection and sharing among networked brokers familiar with those markets, Rose says. "Technology has really given us the confidence to invest in commercial real estate regardless of geography or property type," Rose said. "Technology is providing us greater access and speed in which to transact, but most importantly, it's the people in the business that make deals happen."
