MTN Retail works nationwide, collecting primary data on about 25,000 grocery- anchored shopping centers and eval- uating real estate, shopping center, grocery store and co-tenant attributes. • Edge Realty Capital Markets' Houston office promotedKevin Hollandto principal. Holland joined the investment services firm in 2016. Additionally,Micha van Marcke joined Edge Realty asa prin- cipal;Chace Henkeasa senior vice president; andRyan Hollidayasa senior associate.Van Marcke comes to the firm from Transwestern Commercial Services, where she was a senior vice president; Henke joins from Transwestern's investment sales division, where she was a vice presi- dent;and Holliday was a Transwestern associate specializing in commercial real estate investment sales, project leasing and tenant representation. • Macy's Inc. named Shawn Outler executive vice president and chief diversity officer. Outler was previous- ly executive vice president of licensed businesses, food services and multi- cultural initiatives. In her new role, Outler will be the company's primary diversity and inclusion representative.She will also be a co-chairman ofa group of cross-functional leaders throughout the organization working to ensure that diversity and inclusion are fully integrated into the business. Outler began her career with Macy's in 2006 as a divisional manag- er at the central division, in Atlanta, and she has held various roles of increasingresponsibility since then. In her most recent position, Outler managed the Macy's-leased-partner businesses, licensed business devel- opmentandfoods team. She also created a retail-vendor development and mentorship program for minori- ty- and women-owned businesses. Thatprogram, launched in 2011, has become a benchmark for retail- supplier diversity efforts.
