LOUIS Walpert Properties wants to develop a $150 million mixed-use complex on the site of the former Crestwood Plaza mall. The plan includes about a dozen buildings, three parking garages and some green space across the nearly 50-acre site. Crestwood City Center, as this project would be called, could comprise nearly 161,000 square feet of freestanding retail space, plus an additional 60,700 square feet of retail on the street level of three apartment buildings; about 240,000 square feet of class-A office space; and a 42,000-square-foot movie theater. Q PROVIDENCE, R.I. B oscov's is to move into the Nordstrom anchor store at Providence Place next fall. Nord- strom, which was among the original tenants at the center's opening, in 1999, will close that store in January. WILLIAMSBURG, VA. B road Street Realty is combining two former shopping centers into a single mixed-use project called Midtown Row. Broad Street has invested about $110 million into the redevelopment, which is to con- sist of stand-alone retail centers and some five-story buildings with apartments targeted to students from the nearby College of William & Mary. Tenants include Ace Hard- ware, Earth Fare and Marshalls.
