Its debut in Chile will coincide with that of P.F. Chang's China Bis- tro, which has teamed up with Mexico's Alsea Group (Latin Ameri- ca's biggest operator of fast-food chains) to open restaurants not just in Chile and Mexico but also in Argentina and Colombia.
