All Gold winners in ICSC's regional awards programs are automatically entered into this prestigious global awards program. this year's winners range from a redeveloped, reimag- ined beachside complex in Santa monica, Calif., to a bank in Fort lauderdale, Fla., that generates its own energy, to a Chinese mall that treats and recycles its own water supply.
